Started in 2025 by Tari Lovell, Peter Lloyd, and Senna Summerbell, this space blends the age-old Scandinavian rituals of saunas and cold plunge with the social liming culture we're known for in the Caribbean. The Hot Box Sauna Jamaica is an expansion of the brand founded in Ireland in 2021 and is the first location outside of Ireland.
