What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
Why can't I see availability for a date in the future?
We operate a rolling 21 day calendar. If you can not see availability for the date that you are looking at, it is likely that it is beyond this limit.
