There’s something powerful about gathering under a full moon, an evening of heat, cold, nourishment, and deep restoration.
We’ll begin with contrast therapy. Moving between heat and cold to wake up the body, stimulate circulation, build resilience, and leave you feeling incredibly alive.
Then we’ll slow it all down with Soul Soup. I'll be serving a warm, nourishing bowl of goodness to bring us back to center and replenish from the inside out.
And we’ll do it all under the full moon.
Think heat. Cold. Breath. Stillness. Nourishment. Community.
A little challenge for the body, followed by some serious soul care.
This is an intimate experience, with space for only 12 guests, so I’d love for you to join us.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
Why can't I see availability for a date in the future?
We operate a rolling 21 day calendar. If you can not see availability for the date that you are looking at, it is likely that it is beyond this limit.
