Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.

You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes. 

We operate a rolling 21 day calendar. If you can not see availability for the date that you are looking at, it is likely that it is beyond this limit.

We offer both peak and off-peak pricing to give you flexibility based on when you’d like to sauna.

Peak pricing applies to all sessions:

After 5pm on weekdays

All day on Saturdays and Sundays

Off-peak pricing applies to all other hours:

Before 5pm, Monday to Friday

Booking during off-peak hours is a great way to enjoy the same Hot Box experience at a lower cost!

“Shared” refers to our standard, open-session pricing. It means:

You book an individual spot in a shared sauna session (i.e. not a private session).

The flat rate for shared sessions.
